Face painting is booked by inquiry instead of instant booking so I can recommend the right amount of time, design flow, and setup for your event.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
When you inquire, please include your event date, location, event type, estimated guest count, desired booking time, and any theme or custom design ideas. I’ll follow up with availability, recommendations, and a personalized quote.
Deposit
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The exact amount will be listed in your personalized quote and applied toward your total balance.
Design Options
Designs may include cheek art, half-face designs, and select full-face designs depending on time booked, number of guests, and event flow. Custom theme designs are included with advance notice.
Large & Outdoor Events
Three hours is generally recommended for festivals, fundraisers, vendor events, and other high-volume public events. For outdoor events, please provide a safe, shaded or covered setup area and a backup plan for rain, strong winds, or extreme heat.
Face painting
Face painting is available for birthdays, festivals, corporate events, school events, family gatherings, and community celebrations.

Every design is painted by hand and some textured stencils using professional, skin-safe products and can be customized to fit your theme, color palette, or event style.

From quick cheek art to full-face designs, I aim to create pieces that are fun, clean, and memorable for both kids and adults.

3 hours recommended for larger events. Best for fairs, festivals, vendor events, fundraisers, and high-traffic public events. A simplified design menu may be used for larger crowds to help keep the line moving.

Transparency matters to me, so my full Face Painting Event Agreement is available to review before submitting an inquiry or booking an event.

This agreement explains reservation deposits, cancellations and rescheduling, outdoor-event conditions, setup needs, line management, safety and sanitation, photography, and other important event policies.
​
You do not need to sign anything simply to review the agreement. A personalized quote and electronic acceptance form will only be sent after your event details and availability have been reviewed.
